It has been an interesting and fast-moving year, and once again the months have passed at pace. Our team and our clients have continued to drive meaningful progress, reflected across this newsletter and our recent blog articles.
As highlighted previously, our case managers have been working through the IRCM registration process, reinforcing our commitment to quality assurance, professional rigour and accountable practice. Since our last update, two additional case managers, Sam Tozer and Linsey Jamieson, have successfully registered, strengthening our organisational capability and enhancing the confidence of those who rely on our services.
As we approach Christmas, it is a timely opportunity to pause, take stock and recognise the collective achievements that have shaped our year.
