At AKA we’re proud of our values and often remark that they run through our team like the letters inside a stick of rock – from our support workers and case managers through to our senior management team.
We regularly seek feedback on our values from our own teams and those outside our organisation.
Our values fall into four categories – caring, dependability, challenge and service. We appreciate that people relate to/interpret our chosen values in different ways. So we have also identified sub values so that everyone can feel as connected to as our culture as possible:
